Privacy Policy
How Decoded Wireless collects, uses, protects, and shares information across our website, consultations, client portal, and engagements.
The short version: We collect information needed to respond to you, deliver authorized wireless advisory services, operate the client portal, and meet business and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or accept carrier compensation for client data. We share information with carriers only when needed to perform an action the client has authorized.
1. Who we are
Decoded Wireless LLC (“Decoded Wireless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent wireless advisory firm based in Texas and serving organizations nationwide. Contact us at info@decodedwireless.com or 512-762-8272.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information handled through decodedwireless.com, our discovery-call and engagement-request forms, scheduling communications, client portal, and the advisory services we provide. A client agreement may include additional confidentiality or data-handling terms.
3. Information we collect
- Contact and business information. Name, title, organization, email, telephone number, language preference, accessibility or communication preferences, and information included in an inquiry or booking.
- Wireless environment information. Carrier, line counts, plans, billing statements, charges, devices, users, locations, contracts, service issues, policies, and other records a client provides for an assessment or engagement.
- Portal and account information. Login identifier, organization and role assignment, records and files submitted through the portal, approvals, comments, activity history, and audit information.
- Scheduling and communications. Appointment details, chosen meeting method, calendar invitations, email correspondence, and consultation notes.
- Website and technical information. Browser, device, pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and similar usage information collected through essential technologies and analytics tools.
We do not ask clients to place carrier passwords, PINs, or other authentication secrets in ordinary forms or unsecured email. When credentials or identity verification are required, we coordinate an appropriate method or ask the authorized client representative to complete the carrier-controlled step.
4. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and communicate about requested services
- Conduct discovery, analysis, quality review, client validation, and recommendation development
- Coordinate approved actions with carriers, manufacturers, and other providers
- Operate the client portal, assign role-based access, document approvals, and maintain audit trails
- Prepare proposals, reports, invoices, and engagement records
- Maintain, secure, measure, and improve our website and service delivery
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and contractual obligations
We do not use client wireless records to represent a carrier or to make decisions for an unrelated client.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:
- Authorized client users and assigned Decoded Wireless personnel, according to their role and engagement responsibilities.
- Carriers, manufacturers, and service providers, when a client authorizes an action or the disclosure is necessary to deliver the requested work.
- Technology providers that support hosting, the client portal, authentication, file storage, analytics, email, calendar scheduling, electronic signatures, invoicing, and bookkeeping. These currently may include Base44, Google, Microsoft, DocuSign, and Intuit QuickBooks services depending on the feature used.
- Professional advisers or authorities, when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
6. Client portal, permissions, and audit trails
Portal access is assigned by organization and role. The founder has administrative access, while consultants and client users receive access appropriate to their assigned work. Portal activity may be recorded to preserve approvals, changes, accountability, and engagement history. Users are responsible for protecting their login methods and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our site may use essential browser storage and analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand site performance and usage. Browser settings and available provider controls may allow you to limit cookies or analytics. Disabling essential technologies may affect site functionality.
8. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the client relationship, security and audit needs, dispute resolution, and legal, insurance, tax, or accounting obligations. Prospect intake records receive a retention-review date when created, and declined, spam, or archived inquiries may be scheduled for a separate deletion review. Scheduling a review does not override a legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or contractual hold. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including role-based access, limited consultant assignments, authentication controls, and auditable workflows. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send carrier passwords, account PINs, or similar secrets by unsecured email.
10. Your choices and requests
Depending on your relationship with us and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, or delete information; obtain information about how it is used; withdraw an authorization; or opt out of non-essential communications. We may need to verify your identity and authority for the organization before acting. Some records may be retained when legally or contractually required.
Submit a request to info@decodedwireless.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
11. Third-party services and links
Carrier sites, identity providers, calendar services, and other third-party services operate under their own privacy terms. Decoded Wireless is not responsible for a third party’s independent privacy practices.
12. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@decodedwireless.com or 512-762-8272.
