Our Approach

A methodology, not a transaction.

A deliberate sequence makes the work repeatable across teams and locations. The organization can see the reasoning, records and decision point behind every step.

A paid review or assessment is the required baseline. Execution and ongoing management require separate scope and client authorization.

Our operating methodology

Follow the reasoning from context to oversight.

Understand → Assess → Advise → Execute → Manage. Explore each stage and the decision it supports.

01 / Methodology stage

Understand

Establish the operating context, objectives, constraints, users, carriers, and current responsibilities.

  • Stakeholder and environment intake
  • Objective and constraint mapping
  • Responsibility review

Typical deliverable

Engagement brief and success criteria.

Decision point

Alignment on engagement scope and objectives.

Client participation and Decoded responsibility

02 / Methodology stage

Assess

Document the current state before recommending change.

  • Billing and account review
  • Inventory and lifecycle review
  • Exception identification

Typical deliverable

Current-state findings and prioritized issue register.

Decision point

Client confirms the findings are complete and accurate.

  • Recommendation development
  • Rationale and impact assessment
  • Prioritization

05 / Methodology stage

Manage

Maintain visibility, governance, reporting, and accountability after implementation.

  • Recurring review
  • Reporting
  • Issue monitoring
  • Ongoing recommendations

Typical deliverable

Ongoing review cadence, reporting, and a consistent point of contact.

The controls around the work

Authority and information stay connected to the scope.

How decisions are handled

Decoded Wireless documents recommendations and their rationale. The client retains approval authority over carrier, financial, device, and policy decisions. No material change is implemented without the appropriate client authorization.

How information is handled

Wireless assessments may require billing, inventory, or account information. Decoded Wireless requests only the information needed for the engagement, uses it for the agreed scope, and does not provide client information to carriers except as authorized for approved work.

The next step

Build the baseline before authorizing change.

A paid review or assessment is required before implementation or Managed Wireless. Define the scope before making changes.

There is no charge for the discovery call. Reviews, assessments, implementation and Managed Wireless are separately scoped paid engagements.
